Tatiana Donaldson is the visionary force behind Ambitious Black Girl. With a passion for empowering Black women and nurturing community connections, Tatiana has dedicated her career to creating spaces where Black girls and women can thrive. As a proud mother, birth worker, and advocate for reproductive justice, she understands the unique challenges and triumphs that Black women face in their journeys through motherhood and beyond.

Tatiana's commitment to birth work began with her own experiences and blossomed into a mission to provide culturally competent care and education to Black and BIPOC families. She is the founder of a Black woman-owned doula service in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area, where she offers birth and reproductive justice education, lactation support, and invaluable resources to families in need.

Through Ambitious Black Girl, Tatiana aims to motivate and inspire a global community of Black women to live fiercely and fearlessly. Her work extends to hosting Ambitious Black Girl: The Podcast, where she amplifies the voices of Black birth workers, mothers, and thought leaders, offering insight and support to her listeners.

Tatiana's passion for advocacy, education, and community-building is woven into every aspect of Ambitious Black Girl. Her vision is to see Black women empowered, supported, and celebrated in every stage of life.
