FOUNDER
Ambitious Black Girl Creative Director and Founder Tatiana Donaldson dares to live on her own terms.
After rounding out nearly a decade as a New York City MUA, she broke away from the assumptions and expectations around her in search of absolute freedom and transitioned to education and entrepreneurship. Her background has helped her bring passion, playfulness, and creativity to her projects.
‘‘One day, I thought, what if I let go and give myself permission to feel my ambition and act upon it — embrace the unique calling of my soul. Black women are the foundation of creation, hope, and change, yet they are held at a high disadvantage in receiving resources, funding, and recognition. I am determined to create a brand and sisterhood that caters to, inspires, and celebrates Black girls and women.’’
The Ambitious Black Girl Mission is to inspire future generations and celebrate the narratives of Black women change-makers, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Through Ambitious Black Girl brand events, media, and products, we unapologetically empower and motivate Black girls and women to live on their terms! Tatiana collaborates with an extended team who shares ABG’s core values: Passion, Purpose, and Care.
